Shipping Policy

Most of the orders use to be dispatched on the same business day or maximum within 24 hours during week days, if the order is placed on weekends then the order will be shipped on Monday. 

We use UPS and USPS as our Shipping Service

Our warehouse is located in Evanston Illinois 60202, and all of the orders ship from Illinois Warehouse via UPS and USPS. 

CoCareBox is not responsible for any damaged and lost package during shipping and would not responsible for any delay once the order is dispatched.
